Rear light assembly would need "massive" reconstruction.
Fortunately we found a better one from Ebay. Marmon E-75 has only one rear light
with three lamps. Two red lights and one white one (the backing light). There is
a hole under the light assembly where light gets on the license plate.

Distributor cap. The distributor body was broken and it has been recasted.
Marmon E75 has a twin spark system - that's why there are two wire terminals for
coil wires and twelve spark plug terminals.

This part is made of one piece of dead flat sheet of metal! A masterpiece of
handicraft by one member of our team, Teemu Valtonen. No estimation of working
hours... Original part was badly rusted and it was beyond of repair.

three main bearings.

The body under paint process. The body itself is made of aluminium sheets
and a special acid primer is needed between aluminium and the paint. Filling has
been already done.

The body under paint process. Notice the frame or stand (jig) the body
stays on. We have done special stands for both the body and the engine. They
prevent damage and make them easily movable during restoration and painting.
Also the fender wings have stands and the doors needed a special wooden box for
safe transportation.
